Our Custom Series Home client has often owned multiple homes in the past which gives them the perspective of the shortcomings produced by the “big box builders”. Knowing this aligns Adara customers with our quality over quantity ideology and allows the client to work together with us to target areas of importance. Our Custom Series Home client possesses the understanding that there is a difference between a custom home built just for them and a pick “a, b or c” home produced by the “big box builders”.

Adara has multiple Conventional Series Homes under construction at all times. A Conventional Series Home, is a home where the builder specifies the plan and the selections to pre-build a home for sale. In addition to many first-time buyers purchasing our Conventional Series Homes, we also attract a significant number of clients who are downsizing and whose complaint is that they cannot find a smaller home built with quality in mind. Both groups indicate a noticeable quality difference between our Conventional Series and other homes they have looked at before purchasing from Adara.
